It is designed to generate sound that has a sound pressure level of 114dB (nominal) at an atmospheric pressure of 101.325kPa.
A special low friction resin is used for the pistons to maintain their intial performance for about 2000 hours without using any lubrication.

Suitable for Rion made microphones as well as standard half inch, 1 inch and quarter inch microphones that comply with IEC 61094-1, IEC61094-4 size specification. Supplied in case with barometer.
