Sound Level Meter (Class 1)
Rion

Rion’s NL-52 Class 1 Sound Level Meter allows for measurements from 20 to 20000Hz in a single hand held portable Unit. It combines cutting edge technology with excellent quality and unrivalled ease of use.

Key Features Include:

  • Ease of use – main functions on dedicated, backlit keys
  • Superb high-contrast backlit TFT-LCD colour display
  • Allows simultaneous Channel and Sub-Channel measurements
  • The unit (except for the microphone) is water-resistant, which means that it is unaffected by sudden rain showers
  • Massive storage capacity using text files stored to Compact Flash memory cards
  • Flexible and simple PC connectivity (CF card and USB Virtual Disk)
  • Exceptional battery life

NL-52 Complies with the following standards for Sound Level Measurement

IEC 61672-1: 2002 Class 1

ANSI S1.4-1983 Type 1

ANSI S1.4A-1985 Type 1

ANSI S1.43-1997 Type 1

JISC 1509-1: 2005 Class 1

Optional Program Cards allow for easy and convenient expansion of functionality

NX-42RT

By adding a program to the NL-42, octave band and 1/3 octave band real-time analysis can be realized. Saved analysis results can be loaded and shown in an overlay graph display together with current analysis data. NC curve graph display and NC value calculation/display are also possible.

NX-42WR

Makes it possible to measure sound pressure levels together with sound pressure waveforms during frequency analysis. This allows you to listen to specific events. Recorded data can be played back on the PC and used for frequency analysis

NX-42FT

This program card adds FFT analysis capability to NL-62, with an analysis frequency range of 20kHz and 8000 analysis lines. Saved analysis results ccan be loaded and shown in an overlay graph display together with current analysis data. Maximum zoon ratio is x40 and the top list screen can show up to 20 lines
