VM 70 Multi Machine Checker

A new generation pencil type machine checker. Measures Velocity and Acceleration alongwith surface temperature!! Infrared port for RS 232 communication with a PC. Memory to store up to 100 readings.

VM 82 Vibration Meter

Easy to use vibration meter for Acceleration, Velocity and Displacement measurements. Large LCD panel with numerical as well as bar graph type of read out makes monitoring very easy. Internal memory stores up to 1000 readings. Built-in RS 232 interface for connectivity to a PC and parallel interface for printer.

VA 10 Vibration Analyser

Compact Vibration Analyser designed for engineers and machine specialists. Single channel FFT analyser and vibration meter with data collector. Stores 500 measurement results or 180 analysed data for review. Built-in RS 232 interface

VA 11 Vibration Analyser

Sophisticated Vibration Analyser with FFT capability. Digital processing allows simultaneous display of Acceleration, Velocity and Displacement. 16 bit A/D converter achieves 80 dB dynamic range. Internal memory holds up to 500 data sets. RS 232 interface for connectivity to a PC and parallel interface for printer.

SA 29/30 Real-time Analyser

1/3 Octave band real-time analyser available in 1-Channel (SA 29) or 2-Channel (SA 30) configuration. Facility to measure sound and vibration.

ProCon 11C

Monitoring and analysis software for use with VA-11C. This is a GUI based system for data management and analysis of measurement data for condition monitoring. It has a number of features for easy monitoring of machines across the plant.
  • The plant is represented as a Tree structure with individual areas and machines represented as branches
  • A picture of the machine can be added into the software. Measurement points can be indicated directly on the picture to provide easy understanding
  • Points where readings are above alarm levels are indicated by yellow and red colours
  • Routes can be defined for periodic maintenance planning
  • Multiple readings from previous measurements can be viewed simultaneously for historical analysis
  • ProCon 11C automatically performs frequency analysis and indicates the type of machine fault
