The INTRON-D system can be configured as per your requirements. Following are some of the various components available:

 

Central Exchange

The central exchange is the heart of the communication system. It is used for the exchange function according to the stored connection program as well as for the exchange of data between digital and analog stations.

  • Management of up to 192 digital or analog intercom stations
  • Simultaneous exchange of up to 96 communication links
  • LED's to indicate operation, data transmission and errors
  • Operating system and connection diagram stored in flash EEPROM
  • RS 232 service interface
  • Loading and reading out of configuration program via the service interface
  • Provision for Dual/triple redundancy
  • Permanent monitoring for connected stations and connection cables

Digital Outdoor Intercom Station

These stations form an essential part of the communication system. They are especially designed for areas with high levels of dust, noise, heat and cold.
These stations are also available as Explosion Proof models.

  • Glass fibre reinforced polyester housing, IP 65
  • Modular design for easy maintenance
  • Up to 3 bi-directional rotary switches to set up communication links
  • Call or busy indication by LED
  • Noise compensated microphone
  • Potential free relay point

Digital Desktop Intercom Station

Designed for use in control stations, measuring stations, command rooms, etc. Despite their compact size, they provide a 2-key dialing keyboard with display and 12 direct call buttons with signal lamps. Available in different models for up to 48 keys. Also available in flush mounting model

  • Dialing to any station
  • Call and busy indication by LED
  • Noise compensated goose neck microphone

Digital Service Intercom Station

The service station is used for the output of errors diagnosed by the central exchange as well as to test the connections to all stations of an INTRON-D system.

  • Indication of the actual error message
  • Dialing to any station via the numeric keys
  • Menu driven operation via control keys
  • Call and busy indication by LED
  • Noise compensated goose neck microphone

Loudspeakers

For applications where intercom stations are not required or additional output is required at the intercom station, loudspeakers can be used.

These are available in weatherproof Aluminum, ABS or plastic in ranges of 10-25W
Also available as Explosion proof in Aluminum or plastic from 8-25W

Wall/ceiling mounted loudspeakers are available for installation in control rooms, etc.

Application Manager

The Application Manager is used to set up the connection diagram. It can be used for:

  • Definition of the system configuration
  • Timer definition
  • Definition of the loudspeaker groups
  • Definition of group calls
  • Definition of stations
